We pride ourselves on providing everyone with a fun & welcoming experience. Whether your trying out Crossfit for the first time or have been a member for life, we want you to feel welcomed with a great experience!
Our Crossfit class is 60 minutes of awesome fun! You will be instructed throughout the class by one of our Crossfit Certified coaches & never led astray. All movements can be modified to any level of fitness.
Classes consist of strength, conditioning, speed work, stamina, coordination, power, balance and agility excersises. All the elements of fitness, to get you into the best shape of your life, tone up, gain muscle & lose weight.
CHILD CARE ON SITE
We want to welcome your children to enjoy their time spent with us at 3 Sons Crossfit. Childcare is provided for afternoon classes.

Chelsea is a wife & mother of three sons. She has been competing in Crossfit since 2013. She is very passionate about helping others in reaching their goals, not only with their fitness journey but also in creating a completely healthy life style.
