Teams of 3:
1). Bike
2). 5 DB burpees 55’s/35’s + 50′ farmer’s carry 55’s/35’s
3). Rest
Athletes rotate when athlete #2 is finished with DB burpees and farmers carry. Score is how many calories the team gets on the bike at the end of 20:00.
